Improving physical health and wellbeing is encouraged at Moving On.

We promote this by:
·         Supported group fitness activities at local leisure facilities
·         Access to bikes (to be used in agreement with your worker)
·         Providing free out of hours access to local fitness facilities
·         Outward bound group activities
·         Support to engage wider community fitness activities
