PHASE 2 (9 weeks)
Phase 2 of Connexions includes group based recovery-skills and personal-resilience training focusing on:
- Transforming negative thinking patterns.
- Understanding and managing behaviours.
- Improving motivation and goal setting.
- Gaining structure and routine.
- Improving social networks.
Phase 2 also offers access to the following activities:
- Art classes
- Fitness Activities: gym sessions, circuit training, leisure pass access
- SMART Recovery meetings
