PHASE 2 (9 weeks)

Phase 2 of Connexions includes group based recovery-skills and personal-resilience training focusing on:

  • Transforming negative thinking patterns.
  • Understanding and managing behaviours.
  • Improving motivation and goal setting.
  • Gaining structure and routine.
  • Improving social networks.

Phase 2 also offers access to the following activities:

  • Acu-detox
  • Art classes
  • Fitness Activities: gym sessions, circuit training, leisure pass access
  • SMART Recovery meetings
