Holyrood hears hard work of local charity Moving On Inverclyde

14th November

THE work of a frontline alcohol and drugs charity in Inverclyde was highlighted in the Scottish Parliament.

MSP Paul O'Kane recently visited Moving On Inverclyde as it celebrated its 20th birthday.

In a debate in parliament he has now called for more financial support for it.

He praised the work the charity does to help those affected by addiction, and their loved ones, while 'struggling to keep the lights on and the doors open'.
